"I've been with State Farm since my first car in Seattle, back in the 1980s. I keep both car and home insurance business with them. They've been fair, thorough, and helpful throughout. Questions and claims have been handled quickly and honestly. Chris Case now leads the local State Farm insurance agency that handles my business, and he has continued this tradition of solid and honest service. On occasion I've dealt with other insurers, and I've found that integrity in claims management is a key test. Some firms fail this test by trying to wriggle out of claims through intimidation, manipulation, and lying —"We don't cover that!" — even when their policy says they do, in plain English. I've never encountered such behavior at State Farm. Yes, it's true: there are cheaper insurers. In some cases I wonder if they are worth paying at all. When you pay your monthly insurance bill, aren't you paying for a service you expect to be there when you really need it? Ethics count. Chris and State Farm earn my business."

"We have been insured over 4 years with Chris Case State Farm. We have RV, property, boat, life Insurance, renters, etc all with his office. No matter the concern, we have had exceptional customer service from all of the staff at the office. Plus the flexibility of reaching out via email and their hours are so much more convenient. "Chris is very quick to respond and helpful. On multiple occasions, he's even contacted us spontaneously to tell us of a better deal or plan we could get. We have many vehicles, and some of them don't get regular use or need regular insurance, and as annoying as it might be, he'll update our policies/cars over and over, with just a quick call or text."

"I have always had a great experience with State Farm agents, this is the first time I encounter a really bad experience. I am new to Seattle and had a few questions, Chris was extremely rude and condescending. Do not recommend!"

"My husband and I had such excellent service with Chris Case and his office (we worked with Nick Strange via email and a finalizing phone call). It was a big move for us from an insurance company we've been satisfied with for decades but had become increasingly expensive. "Asked Mr. Case for a quote hoping to combine house and auto insurance but he wasn't incentivized enough I guess. He was rude in his responses and sounded extremely angry. Moved to another state farm agent (Andy Hubbard). Andy is amazing - would recommend him."
